When do I receive confirmation of my booking, whether it be
a flight, hotel, cruise, tour or car booking?
A. The confirmation process depends upon the booking
conditions. Most online bookings are confirmed at time of
booking, unless stated otherwise. If you have not received
your confirmation within the timeframe stipulated, please
contact us on 1300 66 38 23 for further assistance.
Q.
I have not received a confirmation booking or a reply to my
emails?
A. Some email accounts can mark emails from Motion
Travel or affiliate booking engines as 'Spam' or ‘junk
mail’. If you have your Spam filter set on the highest
ranking, only emails from senders in your address box will
go into your inbox, any other emails will go into a 'Spam'
folder. These emails can sit in this folder for up to 7 days
and then your email system will automatically delete them.
So if you are expecting a reply or a confirmation, please
check your Spam folders regularly.

Do I need a Visa or passport when travelling?
A. As passport requirements vary for each individual traveler
and their intended destination, it is recommended that for
all foreign visa and passport requirements and enquiries,
that you contact us directly on 1300 66 38 23 for further
assistance.

What are the cancellation rules for my bookings?
A. This information can be found at the bottom of most Motion
Travel webpages, under the link Terms

& Conditions and read through the information to find
the points you need.

Can I book over the telephone?
A. Yes. Motion Travel is both an online booking and direct
travel service. For all telephone enquiries please contact
Motion our Staff directly on 1300 66 38 23 to make your booking.
Q.
Why do I put my credit card details in every time I book a
product or service?
A. Motion Travel has numerous partners who provide us with
various travel- related products and services, such as flights,
hotels, tours, etc. For all online bookings you are required
to complete a separate booking and/ or payment form for each
item you request. Motion Travel partners will supply their
own payment form that you are required to complete and lodge.
In the event you are booking multiple items, for example;
a flight, a hotel and a tour, you will be required to complete
a booking form and lodge your payment details 3 times –
once for each item you are requesting.
Q.
Is my credit card safe?
A. Motion Travel uses the Secure Sockets Layer (" SSL")
supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer and all other popular
browsers. SSL encrypts your personal information such as your
password, address and telephone number, and your credit card
is available only to you and the credit card companies. This
encryption makes doing business on the Internet as secure
as making purchases by telephone.
Q.
I don't have or own a credit card, how do I book?
A. All online travel bookings require a credit card; therefore
we can only accept online bookings using an authorized and
valid credit card. If of course you would like the option
of using a different method of payment, give us a call and
Motion Travel on 1300 66 38 23 and we will be happy to accept
a cheque, money order, direct debit, cash and credit card.
